Welcome to KubicBox. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from KubicBox. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About KubicBox

KubicBox provides packaging boxes and packaging solutions for businesses and individuals in the United Arab Emirates.

Our products may include standard packaging boxes and, when available, customized packaging solutions. For any custom packaging request, customers should contact us directly before placing an order.


2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.


3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including product descriptions, images, prices, and availability.

However, product colors, dimensions, and appearance may slightly vary depending on screen settings, production batches, or supplier availability.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.


4. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in AED.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT/taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.


5. Payments

We accept online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not currently accept Tabby or Tamara.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and received.


6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or through the contact details provided during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including product selection, delivery address, phone number, and email address, are correct before submitting the order.


7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, or once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.


8. Delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees are charged at a flat rate of 35 AED.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational delays, address issues, high order volume, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. KubicBox is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may be required to provide photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, as well as your order number.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by KubicBox.


10. Custom Orders

KubicBox may offer customized packaging solutions upon request.

For custom orders, customers must contact us directly to discuss requirements, pricing, production timelines, and design details.

Custom orders may require approval of specifications, artwork, size, quantity, color, or other production details before confirmation.

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once production has started.


11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate order, delivery, and contact information.
  • Reviewing product details before placing an order.
  • Ensuring that purchased products are suitable for their intended use.
  • Contacting us promptly in case of any order issue.

KubicBox is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or order issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


12. Product Use

Our packaging boxes are intended for general packaging, gifting, retail, event, and business use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are suitable for their intended purpose, including size, durability, weight capacity, and compliance with any specific industry requirements.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, product photos, text, graphics, design elements, and branding, is owned by or licensed to KubicBox.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.


14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, or e-commerce platforms.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KubicBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.


16. Force Majeure

KubicBox shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural events, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.


17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent authorities of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated β€œLast updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
