This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and delivery work for orders placed with KubicBox.
KubicBox is operated by KubicBox FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates, Fujairah.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high order volume, address issues, operational delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Fee
We charge a flat delivery fee of 35 AED for orders within the United Arab Emirates.
The delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed and received.
Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, quantity, delivery address, phone number, and email address, are correct before placing your order.
KubicBox is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Custom Orders
For custom or personalized packaging orders, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the requirements of the order.
Customers interested in custom packaging should contact us directly before placing an order to discuss availability, pricing, production timelines, and delivery expectations.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
This includes:
Full name or company name
Building name or number
Street name
Area
Emirate
Phone number
Any delivery instructions, if needed
If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed, failed, or returned.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
KubicBox is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect customer information, high order volume, operational delays, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, or any event outside our reasonable control.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provided incorrect delivery information, the order may be delayed or returned.
Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt or redelivery is required.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier partner.
If tracking information is not available, customers may contact us for order updates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may be required to provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging.
If the issue is confirmed by KubicBox, we will arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@kubicbox.com.
After 12 hours, or once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation, design work, or production has started.
