At KubicBox, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our packaging products, all sales are generally final.


Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Returns


We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, or if the customer no longer needs the product after purchase.


Products must not be sent back to us without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon reception.


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item


Photos of the packaging, if applicable


Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and may ask for additional details if needed.


Exchanges and Replacements


If the issue is confirmed by KubicBox, we will arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.


Exchanges or replacements are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by KubicBox.


We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, or customer ordering mistakes.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items


The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:


All standard packaging boxes, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect


Custom or personalized packaging products


Special orders


Products that have been used, altered, assembled, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition


Products ordered by mistake by the customer


Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items


Custom Orders


Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by KubicBox.


Once preparation, design work, or production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Order Cancellations


Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, or once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation, design work, or production has started.


Refunds


Refunds are generally not provided.


A refund may only be issued if required by applicable law or expressly approved by KubicBox after reviewing the specific case.


If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping


Since we generally do not accept returns, return shipping is only applicable if KubicBox approves a return, exchange, or replacement request.


If the issue is confirmed to be due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by KubicBox, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.


Do not send any product back without prior approval from KubicBox.


Delivery Issues


KubicBox is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, including incorrect address, phone number, email address, or delivery instructions.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate before placing an order.
